My name is Manuel García Ruiz de León. I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain, where I currently live. However, I have spent a good portion of my adolescent and adult life abroad. I have lived 2 years in E.E.U.U., about 6 years in Holland, and around 5 in Barcelona, Spain. Because of that I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and have some knowledge of Dutch.

As far as my academic background, I studied in the EBP (European Business Programme, both in Spain and The Netherlands), worked for 4 years in Novell, then decided for a change in career. So I became a 3D animator for another 3 years, using Maya to create TV series for a small production company in Barcelona. After that, I came about Drupal, and fell in love. I've always been an active user of the Internet from the beginning, a computer enthusiast from childhood, and the concept just really clicked with me. So now, I am a freelancing Drupal developer/architect/themer, and very happy about it.
